Golden Age Poets and Their Texts in the cancionero ms. brancac- ciano V A 16: Lope, Góngora, Catalina de Zamudio and Liñán de Riaza (with a Final Note about Testamento de Celestina).

Abstract

The article deals with authors’ poems included in the ms. brancacciano V A 16. It focuses on five texts by Lope de Vega, Góngora, Catalina de Zamudio
and Liñán de Riaza, of which some unique variants are discussed and compared with the textual tradition. Among the poems analyzed there is Celestina’s Testament, with an alternative ending transmitted only by this Neapolitan code.
