Abstract
The paper’s goal is to highlight how Cervantes, in his Don Quixote of La Mancha, keep certain episodes of the Divine Comedy in mind, although, unlike Dante, he does not elaborate them in an analytical way. In this sense, the work addresses episodes such as the Montesinos cave, Clavileño, the mills, and more.
