Real or virtual, the library and its image occupy a large space in social practice and ideological construction, an area that also is changing over time and the different human models constituted. Delineate these models and their projection in textual practice is the stated goal; the way is the analysis of some library models, physical or verbal, with special attention to the proposal of Gracián.
