Abstract

The article studies the Damasio de Frías’ Diálogo de amor in the global perspectivity of love and desire. This double conception, that resumes from the beginning words of the first León Hebreo’s dialogue of love seeks not only to defend the organic unity of Venus no solo persigue la defensa de la unidad orgánica de la Venus (pandemic and celestial), but also is designed to discipline carnal desire by institutional and sacramental re-orientation.
